One of my favorite ramen restaurants in Orange County is celebrating their 7th anniversary! WOW!! It's called Ikkousha which serves authentic Japanese Hakata Style Tonkotsu Ramen. They are one of my favorites because their broth is unique to others by being flavorful and rich.
I am not sure if they still have it on their menu.. but I remember they are one of the few place to have mentaiko ramen (spicy cod roe) which is an absolute fave and nowhere else has this around here!
