Menya Hanabi was founded in 2008 in the Aichi prefecture of Nagoya, Japan. What started as a small ramen shop became the birthplace of Mazesoba. This "dry" ramen is topped with spicy minced pork, green onion, chive, seaweed, garlic and fish powder - all designed to be mixed together. Menya Hanabi is opening its very first United States location in Arcadia! There will be grand opening promos so check it out!
