A bit about Gotcha Teahouse
This is probably a franchise and although they are relatively unknown here, it's because the name "Gotcha" is the English language name or the name that the franchises have chosen to stick with around here (and Australia). The chain is incredibly popular in Vietnam under the name Trà Tiên Hưởng. But the "parent" name is actually Fresh Tea which is totally generic and why I cannot find their website anymore T_T because I forgot the exact website. Anywaaaaaay, their tea leaves come prebagged but are all sourced from this fresh tea fields somewhere in Taiwan or so (ughhh where is the website..) which is quite awesome.
I do enjoy their teas myself but haven't tried the Cypress chain! They currently have a location in San Diego as well and used to have a location right on Garden Grove Boulevard and Brookhurst (ish).
How did I know all this info? LOL I used to go to the Garden Grove location a lot because that was a damn good spot to study at!
