Two Chefs | One Night
Chef Robert 'Bean' Castaneda of Living Breathing Kitchen and Chef Jean Paul Peluffo of Fair Game food truck are ready to cook up an awesome 12-course tapas style tasting dinner for y'all on January 31st, 2015!

Expect no less than "exciting and sexy" cuisine from Chef Bean's pop-up restaurant Living Breathing Kitchen. He aims to surprise all his guests with memorable and enjoyable food by combining international flavors to create something unforgettable.

Chef Jean-Paul Peluffo has an incredible history of eaters including George W. Bush, Vladmir Putin, Tony Blair, and other heads of state around the world. He was even summoned to be the Executive Chef for the G8 summit in Genoa, Italy! His culinary history started in France, when he helped make pastries for his Father's restaurant in Nice.

Chef Jean-Paul – Arrancini ball, Mozzarella, white truffle oil and aged balsamic syrup

Chef Bean - Camel picadillo with a white mole sauce, chocolate bell pepper sauce with edible flowers

Chef Jean-Paul – Salted Bacalao Gratin bites, bed of leeks fondue and lemon drizzle
***
Chef Bean - Grits with chorizo, crab claw meat, baby scallops, and shrimp
***
Chef Jean-Paul – Gluten free lobster pancake, mango relish and roasted sunflower seeds
***
Chef Bean - Chicken Adobo Lumpia:  Filipino egg rolls, Asian slaw, and papaya relish
***
Chef Jean-Paul – Slow cooked pork mignon, tangerine and habanero jam, micro salad with Dijon dressing

Chef Bean - Wild Pig el taquito style, creamy polenta, micro greens, crème fraiche, dried freeze smoked corn

Chef Jean-Paul – Wild boar sausage, pina colada chutney and micro beets sprout

Chef Bean - Pavalovas, quince membrillo, charcoal peanuts, grappa chocolate mousse
Chef Jean-Paul – Mini Meyer lemon Napoleon, blackberry drizzle and minty fruity insalaty

Fixed paired drinks:
Bean’s  Drink- La Gran Puta: Hibiscus, black berry,orange foam, triple sec, tequila

Jean-Paul’s Drink- Caribbean Sangria: red wine, rum, fruits, vanilla, blue agave nectar

This $80 prix fixe menu is per person and includes 2 tasting pairing drinks. Tip if the food and service brings a smile to your face ^__^!
