I love how they have the Banana Scramble game! We took the letters out to spell "Spatel Ice Cream"!

HIDDEN GEM ALERT! I'm never disappointed when I go to Spatel Desserts! I love how they offer both Italian Ice and Ice Cream!

I love how the Snickers flavor tastes exactly like the Snickers Ice Cream bar!
Also, that cookie butter actually has the speculoos cookies in it! Each bite is so rich in flavor, omggg!

1. What is the meaning behind the name Spatel?
'Spatel' is a fun word with a double meaning - It stands for 'scoop' and 'spatula' in Dutch. We used this word because we use both a scoop for our ice creams, and a spatula to flatten out our ices when making the gelati combos.
2. What is the story behind Spatel?
Spatel Desserts was built upon the idea of creating a local place for people to enjoy frozen desserts. Everyone has different palates and we wanted to create a place that gives many options to patrons!
3. What makes your store unique?
Our store is unique because we offer a wide variety of desserts to our customers at a reasonable price. We create combinations that are interesting and also fun to eat! Because we have so many different options, customers can have fun while choosing their unique dessert.
4. Any future goals or plans?
Our goal is to raise more awareness about our store in our local community, and also around southern California. We'd love to become the "go-to" spot for people of different ages and palates, and we aim to become the dessert shop that puts a smile on everyone's face!
