Sandi Frescas! What is it exactly? Inspired by Dominique Ansel who created the watermelon soft serve in a watermelon dessert, this Mexican influenced version has watermelon soft serve inside and to tamarind candies to imitate the watermelon seeds! SO CREATIVE!!
To break it down, it exactly has:
- Fresh piece of Sandia
- Sandia Sorbet
- Chamoy
- tajin
- tamarindo bits
Note: Sandia is the Spanish word for watermelon!
I personally reaaaaaaally wanna try this but Bell Gardens is quite a drive for me T__T.
