*Just a warning though. Eating raw oysters can cause food born illnesses. These oysters are a steal and cheap for $1 but make sure you check for the quality before you eat it. If it looks bad / not fresh I don't recommend it. 

Tip: Most $1 oysters at all the happy hour specials are chosen by the Chef. Remember to always ask what type of oysters it is!

Review: Very fat and thick but sort of bland. Great for $1 though but I'd rather pay a little extra for other more expensive oysters to get flavor.

Review: When I came the Chef's Choice oysters were Minter Sweet from Washington. No briny-ness at all and absolutely delicious! They aren't the fatty kind but they are packed with flavor!
