PhoLaLa is a Vietnamese-Korean fusion concept, created by the owner of Street Food of Seoul, and is located on the 2nd floor above Zion Market of the Wilshire Center mall inside the food court. PhoLaLa cooks their pho broth for 12 hours straight on low flame to reach that clarity and strives for quality ingredients as well as creativity and distinctness in taste. Their menu serves a variety of different Vietnamese-Korean fusion items such as pho, banh mi, and vermicelli noodles.
