Have you tried FRESH BOBA MADE FROM SCRATCH BEFORE? Even better, FLAVORED BOBA!? One Zo is a chain from Taiwan, the first in the world to specialize in handmaking their boba from scratch featuring various flavors such as black sesame, matcha, chrysanthemum, strawberry, taro and more.

The chain already has a location in Monterey Park and is expanding all over Southern California. They are currently soft opening at their brand new Garden Grove location! It is in the same plaza as Thuan Phat supermarket and Target on Brookhurst / Westminster!

I am excited because I love how flavorful their boba is! However, they are NOT THE FIRST boba shop in Westminster / Garden Grove to serve handmade-from-scratch boba. You know the boba game is strong in this area! There is a nearby boba shop called Freshbo Tea Expresso (Westminster) that also hand makes their boba in interesting unique flavors including Durian, Strawberry, Coconut, etc. Check that out to compare as well!

Urban Location (Garden Grove) also had handmade boba, although I think their version isn't as good as Freshbo, Tea Maru (in 626 area) or Onzeo.
