Wait, but what are malasadas? Well, according to good `ole Wikipedia, malasadas are a treat that originated from the Portuguese. Portuguese people brought their tradition to Hawaii and thus, the Hawaiian version was born! They are typically hole-less and have no filling but there are variations with filling!
I heard they also have ube treats too! I haven't been to this bakery yet, but just looking from all their photos is making me hungry!
