This is the PHO COOKIE with SRIRACHA HONEY GLAZE !
Sorry for the horrible menu photo. My hand was a bit shakey and also that Galaxy Note 3 zoom is so not the biz...

Do you dare to try the pho cookie?!

If so, I dare you to try this new creation from Inside Skup. And let me know how ya like it (or if ya don't).

At $1.50 a cookie, it won't really hurt your wallet to try!

When I first saw this on Inside Skup's Instagram, believe me, I was a bit skeptical. I thought it would taste disgusting and that it was an odd idea for a cookie...

BUT! Don't judge until you try!

I tried it today and it was honestly a bit bizarre to me at first. The taste was bizarrely...accurate. The herbs and spices they put in the cookie strangely makes it taste so much like pho but without the meat of course. Don't be scared of the sriracha drizzle on top. There's actually honey mixed with it so it will taste sweet with a kick of spice.

My friend Cristina didn't like it though. She mentioned it was too strong and too herbal.

My boyfriend also didn't like it. He agreed that it does taste accurate. It tastes like pho! And that's why it's so weird. He basically isn't ready to accept pho in a cookie form...

I recommend this for the adventurous. ^__^

  1. not sure i'd be brave enough to try a pho cookie! i did try a pho burger at the tet festival (the oc fairgrounds one over valentine's day/president's day weekend), and that was really tasty! it was super spot on flavor-wise.

    1. I was also at the Tet Festival at OC Fairgrounds and tried the PHO BURGER there as well. I have to say, the flavors in that burger were definitely on point to an actual bowl of pho. So delicious!

The pho cookie, strangely enough, is also accurate! If you ever get the chance, I'd say you should try it since it's not expensive!
