THE EGGS BENEDICT
THE S'MORES FRENCH TOAST! ONE OF THE BEST THINGS THAT HAS HAPPENED TO MY LIFE. IT IS TOO GOOD!!
THEIR MENU HAS SOOOOOOO MANY OPTIONS. I FELT LIKE TAKING PHOTOS OF A NOVEL BECAUSE THERE WERE SO MANY PAGES!

I've been here twice and haven't been disappointed yet! This place is off the Bolsa Chica and Warner intersection in Huntington Beach (on the way to Sunset beach kind of!) and the store itself isn't that obvious to find but it's in the plaza with Walgreens!

The first time I visited this place was with my friend Marylou. We had a quick lunch here during her lunch break from work and honestly, we were a bit worried about time. The service was a tad bit slow and the food didn't come out very fast either. We ended up rushing to finish on time.

Besides that, the food itself tasted great! I ordered the S'mores French Toast and it totally blew me away. I absolutely love marshmallows with chocolate! I also love french toast. When they are together, that's even better! It was definitely a great dessert french toast! The chocolate melted nicely with the marshmallows and the toast was very soft.

My friend ordered the Eggs Benedict and she was surprised at how good it was. It was her very first time ever having Benedict anything! We also both shared Garlic Fries and boy oh boy it was a bigger portion than we had expected. They give you a lot of fries and the garlic was evenly spread throughout the fries! Unlike other places (boba shops, cafes, etc.) that just fry some fries and put a slab of garlic on it, this place actually mixes the garlic in with the fries so every bite was garlic-y! I would totally get this again here!

The second time I visited this place was for breakfast with my boyfriend. The place was pretty busy at 8am but the service was faster and the food came out sooner. We ordered the East Coaster Eggs Benedict and the Cajun Benedict. Both were beautifully presented and delicious tasting! My favorite was the Cajun Benedict because of the crab cakes. The crab cakes here are great! and not too greasy but has the right crunchy outer-layer! The East Coaster is basically a lox bagel (smoked salmon on a bagel) with eggs benedict on top! The cream cheese that is typically on a lox n bagel just made me too full too fast because it was too creamy for me. Other than that though, it was yummmerz!

I will come back to this place ^__^

In sum:
  • the service can be slow sometimes
  • you choose your own table/seat
  • the workers are friendly
  • there is outdoor seating too!
  • too bad they don't have fresh squeezed orange juice...
  • the price ranges from $5-$15
  • the Garlic Fries are worth it. get itttttttt! the garlic flavor is evenly mixed!
  • the S'mores French Toast is a must-have. What a wonderful dessert french toast!
  • the East Coaster is basically a Lox n Bagel with Eggs Benedict
  • the Cajun Benedict is worth it! Crab cakes are yummy here!
